1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Listaro (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Listaro provides a software-as-a-service platform for automating Facebook Marketplace listing creation, scheduling, and lead capture. The Service includes a web dashboard, browser extension, and posting engine.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscription & Billing
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. All plans include a 3-day free trial with credit card required. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Post fraudulent, misleading, or prohibited listings
- Attempt to circumvent platform policies in a manner that causes harm
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
6. Third-Party Platforms
Listaro interacts with Facebook Marketplace. You are responsible for complying with Facebook’s terms of service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta/Facebook. Use of the Service with third-party platforms is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any account restrictions, bans, or penalties imposed by third-party platforms as a result of using the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first payment. Refund requests after 14 days are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact contact@boxbusters.ca for refund requests.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
